Each row of trainData and testData is an ECG signal. Each element of trainLabels and testLabels contains the class label for the corresponding row of the data matrices. In this example, we randomly assign 70% percent of the data in each class to the training set. MATLAB program amplifies and filter the raw ECG to eliminate noise added to the signal. It can further be used for identifying a number of diseases to reduce the death rate due to heart diseases.
